Clay Connor is an entrepreneur, sales educator, and the Founder of almost a 1/2 dozen online businessesHis entrepreneurial mindset began developing at 16, when he became deeply interested in business, communication, sales psychology, and personal development. Determined to create a different future for himself, Clay eventually left home to build his life independently. During that period, he experienced homelessness while committing himself fully to learning how to survive, perform, and create opportunity through practical skills.Clay found his footing in the high-ticket sales industry, where he developed experience in sales, leadership, training, and business development. By the age of 20, he had contributed to the growth of a company that was later recognized as the 332nd fastest-growing privately owned company in the United States in 2022.As his career progressed, Clay worked with high-profile seven-, eight-, and nine-figure clients across the online education, digital marketing, consulting, and business development industries. Between the ages of 22 and 23, he was earning approximately $20,000 to $40,000 per month and had built a career that provided significant financial and professional stability.That direction changed following a difficult financial period and the loss of his grandfather, who served as a father figure in his life. Clay ultimately walked away from a position earning approximately $250,000 per year to build a company centered on the final promise he made to him: to create something meaningful, lasting, and capable of changing other people’s lives.Today, Clay oversees a portfolio of online companies and maintains a professional network spanning coaching, artificial intelligence, jewelry, real estate, staffing, sales operations, digital marketing, and business consulting.Through Vault Collective CC LLC, his mission is to help individuals and organizations strengthen their sales capabilities, build scalable systems, improve decision-making, and develop the discipline required to create long-term results.
